How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

Your booking is complete when you have filled in all the details on the page called "Your details and payment" and finalized your payment.
When you have completed your booking, you will be shown a confirmation page on the screen with all the booking details, including a booking number. You will also receive a confirmation via email. If the confirmation does not reach you, please check your spam and, if it is not there, contact us and we will help you.
A booking without e-mail confirmation is not a valid booking.
